I rang up this morning to try to speak to the doctor regarding my 2 month old babies injections or atleast book a phone consultation. also how I would go about changing health visitor’s, with me not long moving and having to change doctors etc. The receptionist didn’t seem like she wanted to help and I found her quite rude to be honest and unprofessional. She had the attitude of ‘I can’t help you, ring tommorow’ without actually listening to what I wanted to say.

I am completely hopeless at remembering to book appointments, but the receptionists working here are very patient, understanding and helpful to try to fit you in or find cancellations. My family has been going here for years and even as a child I didn't have a bad experience. The doctors are very kind and patient and I will continue to bring my family here for years to come 😊

I’ve never had to use the doctors in the 2 years I’ve been with them but when I needed an appointment regarding a serious matter it took me a week to finally get the option of a phone call! It was so frustrating I called at least 87 times in the space of 4 mins and there was some moments where it would connect I’d go through the automated voice info and then it would cut me off a few times this happened, think this really needs addressing! I would never complain but I never ever had these problems with my old doctors I only had to change because we moved area

One of the receptionists is very rude and impatient. There’s been a number of occasions where she has spoken to me rudely. On one occasion I rang to make a follow up appointment after I was discharged from hospital, which I was advised to do so by the hospital. On doing so this particular lady said “if you have been discharged then there’s no need to see a doctor” I spoke to one of the other ladies working there about this and alls she said was “I’m sorry about that”. No follow up or investigation with the receptionist responsible. This receptionist seems to think she is the almighty and needs to be taught a few lessons about her job role. Very unprofessional and she should be looking for other lines of work.

Unfortunately, even one star is too much for this utter disgrace of a surgery and the sad thing is that the rest of the surgeries in the area are even worse, if you can believe that..

Tried to book an appointment yesterday, called from 8 am on a dot and was unable to get an appoitment, on top of that the receptionist was above and beyond rude, turned off my call twice.
