Borth Surgery

Was on holiday my 10 month old son was constipated and bleeding from the bottom i rang up to see if they could see him .The reception said no were fully booked .My son was screaming in pain and they referred me to Aberystwyth about a half hour or so drive away we found a clinic on the way in and they agreed to see him .They said that we shouldn't have been turned away as he was only a baby .Bad service we was given

I called the Surgery yesterday to advise I will.be moving into the area to be nearer to family.Receptionist asked if I was on any meds and which area in was moving too. Very friendly and felt welcomed already. Yet to use the service. But thankyou for a friendly telephone manner and a bit of banter.

Absolutely amazing doctors, a proper country practice that looks after it’s patients and actually cares. Always amazing.

Good doctors but dreadful service from support staff. My wife was referred to an outpatient clinic by the receptionist without any authority, the clinic was shocked and so was the GP, but we heard nothing back from this. My wife still is in a lot of pain with the problem and this has been ongoing for a couple of years now but the surgery seems incapable of helping.

We have been promised triage calls back from doctors which have not happened, this is possibly the third or forth time now we have not received a call back, this time for our three year old daughter.

The lack of respect from the staff there is a real issue. They are not easy to get hold of to discuss these complaints either.

My mother has been a patient of the surgery for years and they bend over backwards to help her, we are beginning to think race may have a part in our lack of treatment.
