Always found the staff really friendly and welcoming. Usually quite quick to pick up the phones and sort an appointment which is great.

Small thing to improve: the phone line mentions trying e-consult but not sure this is actually in use (as you can't book appointments online). Would be great to update that if so.

Otherwise a really great service under a lot of pressure so please know you're appreciated! 👏

I'm travelling and so grateful for getting a same day appointment when I became very unwell very quickly overnight. The doctor I saw was excellent and very understanding. Thank you.

This practice is honeslty the best. I have lived in cardiff all my life and in most of the bouroghs over the years I have had some very frustrating interactions with doctors being very dismissive and all round unattnetive. This practice have helped me in the worst of my times and been nothing but polite professional and friendly. Shout out to Dan who is an absolute star he is just brilliant.

Tried to phone for a general enquiry. Was placed first in the queue after waiting about 15 minutes, 25 minutes later they finally answer. No apology for the delay so I asked what the reason was for the delay. They said they're the only one on the phones and they've been ringing none stop? Must have been having a brilliant chin-wag with the previous patient speaking to them for at least 25 minutes. No wonder they get abuse haha

The reception the worst everespecially that woman Maria She is very bad she thinks we are animals not human She don't listen to you she's ignorant Then give it chance to tell I was wrong with you Talks very rude Is loud shouting I am moving doctors Because of her I am not the only one who's complained about her I spoke to so many people they are saying the same She shouldn't be there.

In 2 years time I needed to see a doctor for the first time. Spoken to 3 different receptionists in 2 weeks time. Had appointment booked via phone, when went there found out that was given the wrong date. Now when I needed a different doctor’s consultation when called for an consultation a day before my booked appointment, they told me that I’m not registered there anymore and the appointment is not valid. No information about not being registered was given when called to book, booked the appointment fine, no information regarding that when spoken to the receptionist in person. No assistance or concern, no empathy…nothing.

Considering how outstretched the NHS is generally I can not commend this surgery highly enough. The receptionist have always treated me with respect especially the lady with the long silver hair(I think her name was fiona) and the doctors have been amazing Thank you to doctors Dr Braybook, Dr Jones and Dr Betholmew and Dr Saunders who since has retired. I have recently been admitted into hospital and realised how fortunate we are to have GP's and other health professionals. I think we all need to exercise a bit of patience considering most doctors and allied health practitioners are leaving for greener pastures and I don't blame them considering the disrespect they are shown on a regular basis.

The service at this practice has gone from bad to worse ever since Dr Saunders left. The attitude of the staff is shocking with little or no respect given to patients like myself who are going through a difficult situation. You get the feeling that a lot of the staff members don't want to be there.
When you actually see a doctor after so much difficulty they want to get rid of you straight away. This GP needs to be taken over by the local health board ASAP, this can't carry on. A lot of people might be staying quiet and putting up with this shocking service at the moment because we are in the midst of a pandemic but as soon this is over there will be a many shocking stories coming out.
