Rude receptionists that clearly don't care at all about wether you're ill or not. Rude replies off her. They don't care at all

Probably the nicest and most friendly medical centre that I've had the pleasure to attend. Everyone went out of their way to help me which is very much appreciated. Special thanks to the efficient and courteous man at reception, a brilliant doctor (who even sought a second opinion for my condition) and also to two lovely nurses at the minor injuries unit at Tywyn Cottage hospital next door.

For those who are wondering, I go to a lot of medical centres, hospitals etc. with my elderly parents aged 90 & 96, so I do have a lot of frequent and regular experience.

Everyone is very friendly. If you get there on time you will be in and out in no time

Both receptionists completely rude. No care and compassion what so ever, weren’t interested in listening to why I was there or why I’d been directed to their care. When they did eventually listen (only because I asked them to let me finish my sentence before interrupting me) I was told ‘It’s not my problem YOUR GP won’t issue you a prescription’.

Receptionist rude can’t get a word in, will not let you explain the problem . Never get an appointment when you ring even at 08:30am. I’m Welsh and under a temporary resident status. They are all brummies taking Welsh jobs unbelievable !! . Jane the receptionist thinks she’s a consultant knows everything . Shake up is needed at this place everyone in a comfy zone . Get rid employ the Welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

terrible service rude receptionist that call you liars even when you have legal documents proving they refused treatment as witnessed by head nurse in dolgellau. ive had oppoinments made that were cancelled when i arrived. 4 years since ive seen my doctor and in that time ive had concussion, rta, broken rib,collapsed, suspected broken foot and more. ippreciate covid is a factor but the phrase nhs lottery was coined in 2014!!!! this is not down to covid!!!

The Staff are very kind and caring. I appreciate their service and care.
