Llanedeyrn Health Centre

The place is a dump and I can't wait for the replacement building. However the Doctors and Nurses are all very good. There have been some issues over repeat prescriptions, but this is usually sorted very quickly. The Website today is playing up on the contact side which I reported. The new E consultation form failed first time and no one got in touch, but the reminder worked and I had a call back straight away. If you have a new system all admin staff need to be trained up. I remained with this practice even though I moved to Pontprennau 20 years ago as the treatment for me and my family is trusted.

Always one REPECTIONIST who thinks she better than anyone calling. I rung this morning for some help/advice and all she could tell me was to fill in an E consultation form online . If she had listened for more than 3 seconds before giving her very obvious answer to a question I didn't even ask . She would have heard me say I only wanted advice after surgery.

Terrible dr surgery can never get an appointment when you need one, receptionist think there better than everyone else. There not helpful at all

Arrived late with a letter for a prescription staff did an emergency prescription as it was needed staff were true proffesionals and all done with a smile and good humour thank you.

BRAND NEW SURGERY SAME OLD ISSUES Very bad service doctors are ok but you write a repeat prescription and it goes missing filled one out in the new building on (Tuesday rang up today Friday plenty of time for them) put it in the red box and they’ve got no record of it another occasion is it gets picked up by llanrumney surgery and it depends on what time it’s picked up they don’t mention that they say within 48hrs anything over it’s made out to be your fault absolute joke of a surgery

Love the new building ... it joins up with the hub and police station .. it looks much better ... more welcoming 4 patients ..

Dr brand especially is by far the best Dr there. He listens to you and takes his time with you so you feel comfortable telling him your problems. He's happy to give you a full examination if needed. He's a very helpful Dr 👏🏽... Thank you llanedyrn doctors you've been a really help... not fusses on 1 or two Receptionists but over all pretty good. Been with you 32 years.

Been a patient under this surgery for over 17 years… today I faced the most inappropriate and most disgraceful behaviour by one of their receptionist who refused to help me and refused to transfer the call to the practice manager! When this person found out I’m trying to make a complaint she terminated the call straight away! I’m a professional NHS worker and never faced such an inappropriate behaviour like this before!
