I was with this surgery for about 30 years. The reason:- Dr King was always able to cure my health problem every time and without fuss. He also helped in saving my husband's life. When the new owners took over I thought what a charming couple they were. However, after more changes (they now run 2 surgeries) I decided to change to another practice as although still charming, I felt I was getting nowhere in the improvement of my health. It was beginning to stress me out. I have now been at the new practice for a week and already my health has improved. I feel much more relaxed and confident in the treatment I have received so far and the service is amazing. Receptionists, nurses, Doctors. The full package. Just wish I had moved there a year ago.

An absoulte joke of a doctors, every time i try and book an appointment i have to ring one hundred times before i can get through to speak to anyone, and then half the time, like today, they have no appointments left. Its pot luck weather you can go or not. Then when you do go, its usally a different doctor every time, each one diagnoses you with something else, or have done in my experiance over the last year of trying to sort a skin irritation out, they have given me the same cream twice after being told the first time it made it worse. Only thing nice to say is that they dont have the witch that was on reception anymore, time for a new doctors, highly would not recommend to anyone!

If I could this surgery a zero I would, absolutely disgusting treatment from people who call themselves doctors, at the moment we have Dr Wood and Dr Bloom there both have treated my mother in law with so much disrespect, not even willing to help her with her health problems she's having right now. Let's see what the local community health council have to say and the public health Wales

Thankfully I am registered with Mostyn House. Yesterday I called, had a consultation over the phone then saw a doctor, both within a few hours of calling. This morning blood tests taken. Full marks. The rest of my family are sadly with this practice. It's apparent that they are highly resistant to seeing anyone. 'There are no doctors here', is the retort from the receptionist. The other members of this household are reliant upon A&E and the pharmacy. Do not register here.

I would like to thank Trish (Receptionist) for her helpful and excellent advice today. My husband has been taken ill on holiday here and without her help and liaison with our home surgery to get the medication he needed, we would be wasting an A&E appointment at Bangor.

Been in this surgery for 45 years am disgusted in the way I've been treated being forced back to work because the doctors says your okay apparently I've had several incidents with them this is all because I asked for a face to face lots happened after that even when in tears the other day on phone they said my appointment had been cancelled which meant no sick note then 10 minutes later rang back to say they had one I do not believe we need to tell the receptionists every detail but if you don't they won't give you time of day we'll gone to mostyn house now the only decent person who does her job is Sam so thank you too her

A family member was sent to the GP with a serious health concern. The receptionist laughed in his face and told him he shouldn't bother coming here and go A&E instead. absolutely no compassion. Was also told he had to wait 10 days to see a GP. absolutely appauling.

Missing my prescription that I collect regular from Boots before my holiday and the anxiety it caused me trying to get westshore surgery to do their job before my holiday is a nightmare. Thus this has happened before. What is going on there!!?
