When you doctor has told you himself in the post if you can't get in to see him call and request a call back to discuss a long on going problem with you health it is very frustrating when you get a snotty receptionist answer the phone and be very unhelpful what a way to treat you patients.

Happy with the services I receive from my doctor and supporting services. Pharmacy/ prescription service in particular.

Husband on phone (2nd in cue) to make appointment for asthma review been on phone now for 38 minutes before he got to speak to reception. Everyone on reception is lovely but to be on phone when he is 2nd in cue for that long is over the top.

At 67 years old and trying to get first Covid jab . Just get fobbed off and try to book jab online and I am told I had one at the surgery. Incompetent isn't in it

No problems so far as a new patient.
