Need to ring for a good hour to get through

Have contacted multiple times to ask for my father to receive a medical assessment for capacity and have been told they don't do medical assessments. Have asked for referral to somebody that does and never heard anything back

The surgery is ok if you can actually get through on the phone.
I find you get pushed from pillar to post when you are trying to get an answer to any questions.
The pharmacy is ok but most of the prescriptions I’ve put in you have to wait a day or two for, staff are lovely though and very helpful.

The worst doctors surgery ever and the staff are RUBBISH....rude and prescribe wrong medicine for patients place should b shut by the council...DO NOT JOIN THE SURGERY!!!!!!!

Hi my name is mervyn Baker, i had an appointment with a doctor at 1 45, i had seen the same doctor 2 weeks ago, he is one of the best doctor i have seen in ages.
I just hope that the centre dont decide to let him go from the practise, sorry i dont know the doctors name, he was so polite and very professional , again please keep this doctor in the practise.

The worst. Want you to call at 8 to make appointment but you try 347 times and still can’t get through! Have been dialling non stop for an hour and twenty this
Morning and still no answer!!

Middle of the road for me. Went to have a health check lol. I've always been very careful of what I eat and drink. I do not touch any alcohol ever. T total. Had health check and told my cholesterol was very high and I had a heart rate of a 74 year old. Pretty taken back by that considering I'm nearly 54 now but have been active all my life physically since the age of 16 years old. I don't eat chips, chocolate or all bad things not even bread. But to be told I got high cholesterol and heart rate of 74 year old is beyond the joke. Very sure they made a mistake with my records as I don't even eat fatty greasy food. Would recommend others who use this service to get 2nd opinion on your health conditions. Sorry but not the best of a visit I encountered and I'm certainly doing fine in my health forsaking a few slipped discs in lower spine which is age related according to my own health records. Get a 2nd opinion is my recomendation to anyone using visiting this health centre.
