1 star.

Always closed.
When they are open, requesting an appointment, its like the Spanish inquzition. It's as though they cherry pick ideal cases.
Waiting times are horrendous.
Seldom assisted with our baby daughters issues.
Refused to support us with a racist neighbour and write a no
Note or approach the housing to support our requests and needs.

Caused my Wife undue stress.....whilst she is pregnant.
Furthermore, surgery is often closed for "Training"......

Just send the doctors or nurses to a training facility and open your doors to provide the services people require.

Otherwise....It's not a surgery, its pretend surgery, like children playing doctors and nurses in a playground. Get with it.

Absolutely shocking standards.

The doctors and nurses are first class professionals. I'm never turned away. Appointments are always available that's if you are actually ill. Many people don't understand the hours they work and under strict constraints they have adhere to. Don't like it go private!

Have been with this practice since 1975/76. Always been cared for very well by the team with very helpful receptionists who guide you to the Doctor you wish to consult or advise who is best to help in busy times. We have experienced excellent care from the Practice Doctors and the complete Health Care Team within the Practice throughout the years with follow up calls to check our welfare when necessary - ie - couple of emergency hospital admissions . Very caring doctors and team who listen to your every word and prescribe accordingly (even when you think they haven’t heard or understood!)

Unfortunately, since posting this, the excellent doctor I was seeing has left. Have had two phone consultations since then, the first of which left a lot to be desired, 2nd was better but should have happened a month earlier. And this week had a face to face app. As I have an exemption to wearing a mask, in a letter signed by the excellent GP, I was told on arrival I had to wait outside, over 30 mins later I pleaded to be let in, I was cold and getting increasingly stressed. Again refused entry but then a receptionist came out and took me to a back door, into a freezing cold room. Told to sit on an isolated chair, the doctor stood in front of me, she had little knowledge of why I was there, had to ask me what medication I had just finished, as she did not have the computer switched on. Vanished to print out a prescription, I tried to get warmed up on the radiator, but it was off, no wonder the room was so cold !! No way to treat a 75 yr old. Star rating reduced to a - generous - 2
Have been receiving the most excellent help, advice and treatment here recently. Much improved from some years ago. The only thing I would question is the ability to get an appointment, even when it is an ongoing health problem and your GP has specified that he wants to see you again in a certain number of weeks. Perhaps 5 stars if I can get my appointment for April without problems !

Just can't get through. Told the receptionist on the phone we're not all IT experts but directed here.
Once I get here required patient ID & other information I don't have.
This after ohoning the triage number 3 times in 4 days...hopeless

Always have a cheerful person on the phone at reception and the doctors I've met are lovely. I think they've handled the pandemic very well.

Phones are awful. Takes so long to get through to anyone. Left in the ring half the time

Registered Tuesday, phoned for an appointment Wednesday- referred to UPCC. Wrexham - treatment started Thursday. Absolutely wonderful service - staff at surgery lovely and cannot fault their dedication and professionilsm. Compared to the surgery I was with for over 50 years (the laurels, flint, appalling is an understatement) they are truly a credit to the NHS
