I am probably being overly generous with 3 stars here, but the two doctors I see most regularly are very good. However, general administration is appalling. Ringing for an appointment will test your patience, and I've had trouble with getting prescriptions on more than one occasion (although this is now much better now we have access to 'My Health Online'). This used to be a great practice some years ago so it's a shame to see it like this now.

Reception staff are rude and uncaring. Getting an appointment is near impossible and an 11.30 appointment meant I wasn't seen until after 12. I have been with this practice for 2 months and ill be changing already. Awful experience.

Trying to cancel a blood test appointment for a family member who is in hospital. Waited 15 mins this morning in position one and twenty five minutes this afternoon going from four to one. Stuck on one for over ten minutes. Absolutely disgraceful

All the complaints seem to be about the telephone system. I cannot fathom how in 2022 people cannot use the web service, my 90yo auntie is on facebook and can work a computer. Whenever i've used this, its efficient and resulted in the outcomes required.

Many faults been with them 22 years and it just gets worse, they forgotten to send a referral to hospital 3 times! I wait in telephone queues patently for 45 mins and when I get to position 1 get cut off! This happens constantly. Getting an appointment is impossible.

Fantastic service from this practice. I phoned for an appointment yesterday and got through to a lovely receptionist within minutes. The GP contacted me back within 2 hours and he was superb. This was my second time needing an appointment in the last two months and I received an excellent service on both occasions. Thank you so much.

I received.a fantastic service yesterday. Phoned up for an appointment for my baby girl and was only 5th in phone queue. Was able to book a telephone consultation initially which then ended up as a face to face. The GP was excellent and very understanding. Excellent service. Thank you

A massive thank you to Heather on reception and Sue the practice manager. Superb service from both of them. The was an issue and my Mum was not being found on the NHS system to get her Covid vaccine. She went to the GP surgery last Thursday and was initially being brushed off by one of the receptionists until Heather kindly came to her assistance. Sue then got her registered onto their system and she managed to get her vaccine the next day. She attended the GP surgery reception desk yesterday evening to get her name amended as it was spelt incorrectly and a lovely girl on reception updated this for her. The same receptionist that dismissed her last week was also on duty . She really should not be dealing with the public especially vulnerable patients and the practice management need to address that. She rudely spoke over my Mum yesterday evening even though she wasn't serving her. 5 stars though for the other staff members help.
