Bronyffynnon Surgery

Quick and reliable, thank goodness for every-one who works at Bronyffynnon.

Their answering machine is too long when calling for an appointment. Not always easy getting through when phoning, can often be engaged but recently that's improved. The que service is good, at least you know where you are in the que when phoning.

I was very nervous about transferring to a new surgery; but it was such an easy transition and all the people that work at Bronyffynnon Surgery are so nice and helpful. Excellent service and treatment.

We cannot fault our surgery, the doctors, nurses, staff are all excellent, we have been with the practice for over 6 years, have never once had reason to be unhappy with their administrations, thank you Bronyfyynon 😊

Automated response is way to lengthy. The staff are fantastic. Some trainee doctors shouldn't have their own clients.
