New Chapel Street Surgery

All the reception staff here are very friendly and helpful and the nurses are lovely. Dr Ryder is absolutely fab! There's always a calm atmosphere here. The biggest draw backs are managing to get a Dr's appointment and the lack of parking facilities (car park is council owned).

This is an excellent surgery. I have been with them for 40+ years. All the staff are extremely professional and I have never had any issues getting appointments for either myself or my son. I think they provide excellent care to their patients.

Recently moved to this practice as part of a reorganisation by our Trust. Did not need to be apprehensive as the service they provide is superb a cut above so organised really professional receptionists very warm and friendly. Efficient just 5 star - 22nd Feb 2022 late evening thank you Ladies thank you G.P’s no stress no fuss you delivered top gun service..

TRYING TO GET A APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTORS . FOR THE LAST WEEK , TOLD TO RING AT 10.30 , ONLY TO BE TOLD ALL APPOINTMENT S HAVE GONE WITH IN 5 MINUTES. JOKE.

The nurses were fab! Had my first blood test and they made sure to calm me down, however I found when I went for my initial appointment the doctor was very half arsed and only booked me in for half of my tests we had discussed

Have used this surgery for many years. The doctors are all very professional and will always spend time getting to the route of your problems. I have found the admin staff to be friendly and polite and have always been of the highest standard. lets remember these are the people who are keeping us safe in these strange times. THANKS*****

Joined the surgery recently, excellent consultations with all gp's..booking of apts easy to arrange. Asthma nurse so professional and thorough. Really impressed.
