Absolutely disgusting doctors are great but 1 receptionist is realky rude and gives realky bad attitude i am taking it hire as she gives no appointments out what so ever you could be crying in pain and beg her but all you get is no! If your face dont fit she dont give you a appointment

Very professional and friendly. Saved my life with their diagnosis. Staff also lovely, always go the extra mile.

Difficult to get through on the phone. The repeat prescription is absolutely ridiculous, they make it so much more difficult than it have to be and they don't deliver the medication either.

The receptionist is horrible my partner rang as I was in agony asking for an emergency referral to a gynaecologist she wouldn’t let me speak to a doctor had to drag myself up the screaming in pain until a doctor came turned out I bad a mass in my tube and ovarian cyst

Absolute shambles of a surgery, impossible to get an appointment very rude and not at all helpful receptionist,it seems like 1 of them is happy when your in pain

Wish I could give 0 stars, doctors are okay, but the receptionist is the devil, mother rang to get results for a ongoing serious medical problem, was told she could NOT give out results and have to wait for the doctor and repeatedly told my mother not to raise her voice when she never did, then told my mother she has a moderate change to her results which she is NOT allowed to do, spoke to my mother like a piece of dirt, she has NO respect for anyone and pretty sure she has joy in upsetting people, conclusion, “you have a medical issue which could be serious but you have to guess what it is” Will be taking this issue further
