My husband was referred to this surgery via Neath MIU as we are here in holiday over the festive period.
All staff we came in to contact with were friendly and efficient.
The temporary registration process was made easy and he was quickly seen by the Practice Nurse, via their walk in and wait system. Quicker in fact that some scheduled appointments at his usual GP surgery at home.
The nurse, Michaela took a detailed summary before prescribing much needed medication.
She also took time to acknowledge the difficulties he had experienced in recent times and demonstrated care and compassion at its best.
Thank you all

The receptionists here are so rude and unhelpful. They think they’re above the patients for one reason or another. Also, they cause a lot of distress to patients regarding repeat prescriptions. I sometimes think, do they think we enjoy this process and enjoy being ill and having to take tablets in the first place?

If you can avoid Dr Sangal, please do. One of the worse Dr I ever came across.

The worst doctors I've ever experienced ,I suffered from mental health and they didn't want to know I went private to see a pyvpchrist and was given medication and I ask a doctor to prescribe the medication on the medication and was refused point blank ,I had to pay £ 100
A month for my medication, I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder ,I was so unwell and they made me feel so unwell, on the plus side I'm now not with them as I've moved, within 3 weeks I'm under the mental health where I live and I have the crisis team and on the right medication, I gave 1 star because I couldn't out one star, awful doctors.

I think this is a fantastic doctors surgery I have always found the reception staff polite and very helpful, every time I have had needed to speak to a doctor they have contacted me in a very timely manner and If I have needed to see someone it has been arranged very quickly. I have the upmost confidents in this surgery and I think they are doing an amazing job!

If I could post no stars I would! Awful staffs, the worst surgery ever, reception staffs are absolute joke, extremely rude and have an attitudes that they are doing you a favour. I have never met such rude staff who never want to help. You can spend half hour on the phone and when it’s your turn they are so blunt and rude it’s unbelievable. Many times I have been on the phone waiting ages for my turn then the phone goes down, wasted my time many times. They all need to do a course in customer service, it’s an awful surgery. I love and respect the NHS to death, but is this seriously the best we can do? Doctors are impatience, don't take time to listen, they care more about themselves and their opinions, over what other doctors and hospitals have said you NEED and the wellbeing of patients. Doctors are unprofessional and very unhelpful, avoid Dr Sangal, majority of the GP's have been very unhelpful but she is something else, very unprofessional. Think it's time to start making complaints to the people higher up

Most of the receptions staffs are extremely nightmare, rude and needs lesson in politeness and respect. Have to phone a million times just so if I'm approved of a phone back from a doctor but getting a callback from a dr is 50/50, the fact I have to tell the receptionist my problem isn't professional either. Absolutely disgusted the way nurses spoke to me, very uncooperative. She spoke to me in a disgusting manor, how am I supposed to get professional help when the receptionist and nurses treats patients such disrespectful ways, mental health is real and people are dying, people like them lots isn't making things easier. Lack of understanding, compassion, care and quality seems to be the leading motto of this surgery. Only one thing can be talked about if you have more than one issue to discuss. My health is suffering because of their terrible system.

Awful staffs, no care what so ever for elderly person!! Avoid Dr Sangal and all nurses.

The WORST surgery I have ever been to!
They have no autism awareness 😭 I am autistic and they were very rude to me and even rang the police on me when all I wanted was help to fill out a form. I am exempt from wearing masks as they cause me severe distress with my autism and asthma and they said that there are no exceptions to avoiding the mask wearing.
