Excellent service and great staff

Llandrindod Wells Medical Practice is very effective and efficient in the service they provide. They have never failed in providing the best support to Care Homes, and this is in spite of the pandemic.

Certainly a benchmark for Practices in Powys.

Nothing but attentive service whenever I or my family need help or advice. If they can't fit you in to see you that day, then a GP will call you to discuss. I've even had a call back when test results hadn't arrived when they were expected. Everyone at the practice truly goes above and beyond.

Friendly helpfull staff.

Had my flu vaccination today. Quick and very helpfully polite staff.

A member of staff here was very rude and showed no empathy at all. Not what you would expect from someone in thier position
