Don't fall ill after 1pm as no home visits available. I can barely get out of bed to get to the bathroom let alone get to the surgery. Coughing up spots of blood ( on blood thinners) I have had this virus since Thursday and getting worse ( they tell people to STAY AWAY from the surgery if you have a virus)
I have to ring back in the morning.

I’ve been on strong medication for my mental health for two years, and the surgery decided to stop my medication without discussing it with me and without trying to ween me off them. It takes forever to get through to a useless receptionist and when they say they will get a doctor to phone me back, I didn’t hear back from them at all! They must have got their doctors degrees from a Christmas cracker!!

Absolute nightmare trying to get registered with them. They just pass you on to multiple different departments who just give the same answers. Told them my medication has ran out since moving to the area and was told to get an emergency prescription from boots while they sort it. Emergency prescription ran out and they still have done nothing so now I'm left with no medication. Joke of a surgery

This place should be shut down.
Worst surgery in Wales.
Staff are rude. Certain doctors don't even read your notes, you are mis diagnosed it is an absolute joke this surgery and the NHS should be very concerned

Can't understand the bad reviews at all. I've had three different appointments here. The surgery is so modern and clean. They have touch screen check in systems that are really quick and easy to use. They have an led alert screen that pings to call you into your appointment telling you which room to go to. It's clearly signposted so you can easily figure out where you need to Go. The max I've had to wait behind my allocated appointment time is about 5 minutes! All three doctors I've seen have been really friendly and helpful. My only tiny issue would be making an appointment on the phone as it always means I'm on hold waiting to get through for usually about 20 mins. Having said that twice out of the three appointments I've made on the phone I've managed to get same day appointments.

Disgraceful. They regularly overrun, today by 2 hrs - no update, no apology and no toilets for patient use. The receptionists are rude, intrusive and don't seem to understand the meaning of the word confidential.
This place is a real stain on the reputation of the NHS.
