Tried 40 times to call over 2 days, straight to answer phone, when finally got through. They said all appointments are full, try again tomorrow! Employee more staff! Sort your appointment management out, what use is our tax and national insurance money going towards?

Well I've been on the phone for over 1 hour. Spoke to receptionists she said il put you through to nurse. And I'm still on hold. Why put someone on hold for over a hour and not answer the phone. Ignorant and not very good service.

There phone in system is beyond a joke it tells you to phone before 12:00 to get an appointment you phone always a massive qué to get a human to answear then you run out of money it certainly needs to be looked at

Courteous, polite staff and very helpful.
People are not understanding of the lack of doctors. The NHS is lacking tens of thousands of required Doctors and even more required other staff. Less and less desire those positions.

Used this medical centre whilst on holiday fantastic service , helpful and was given a prescription within an hour of appointment a lot faster than surgery at home

Excellent care for my elderly father. Prescription delivered to his door 16 hours after a phone call at the end of surgery hours.
Really good patient care in busy times.

If I could give this surgery 0 stars I would! Appointments to be booked between 8-11am, which is fine, until you have to ring well over 200 times! That is not exaggerating I have proof, to then get through after being in the cue for well over an hour to be cut off soon as they answer and have to ring a further 50 times to get through. By then appointments gone. Econsults are online appointments to speak to GP yet they don’t make it clear that this is for advice services only not for making appointments so your met with an email saying ring the surgery to ring for appointment. You then get told you have to ring back tomorrow at 8am.. waste of time! They do not care, although the doctors are relatively good and the nurses the other staff and the way the appointments are made and calls are shocking! I will be transferring to a different gp surgery as soon as I’m able to. Do not recommend!

Had an appointment for blood test and was in and out within 5 minutes. 1st class service.
