You can ring any time of the day, during opening hours and will not get an answer. The GPs may be good - I do not know, as I cannot get to talk to anyone. I even wrote a letter and received a return call, telling me that my GP would call me back. She didn't. Still don't know the result of my scan.

The worst receptionists you will deal with. Incapable and will goad you down the phone.

Good luck ever seeing a doctor! The 'computer says no' stereotypes won't let you!!!

I’ve been registered with this practice for about a year and a half and since having my son a year ago he has needed treatment on a few occasions. Every time I have phoned the service has been incredible. The receptionists have always been extremely helpful and sympathetic as have the Dr’s. We have always been seen and I can get through very easily. People are far too quick to complain and very rarely compliment so I just wanted to write this review as we are extremely happy there and glad we registered at this surgery.

The women on reception are so rude. Doctors are lovely but ladys have a day off and try to be nice. Can't handle your job then

Oh how I'd like to change my first review about this practice, now being a patient with them for the last 3 years.
I attended an emergency appointment, was forgotten, admitted to hospital 2 days later.Had a blood test, because the sample I'd given had been badly stored had to go back for a further test. Went for a standard injection and was humiliated and left without having the treatment. I'm in my late 60s and disabled, have never been able to get a flu injection at the practice. Now have flu and covid injections from a different source. Reception team and nurse first class sevice, believe that because of my gender issues am discrimated against

In the last 3 days i've been contacting my doctors each morning, ive spent around 3/4 hours on hold in total, i've been hung up on 3 times, line disconnected once I reach the front of the queue around 3 times. When you are reading this, i'm probably still in the queue trying to get an appointment.

The receptionists are incredibly lovely and always happy to help which is amazing considering how hard their job must be. The Doctors can be slightly hit and miss (particularly the older partners), but Dr Gomes is fantastic!

Best surgery I have ever had. I find it easy to get through to reception when I need to. All doctors I have spoken to here have been friendly, empathetic and professional.
