Waste of 40 mins on hold to be told no appointments ring back tomorrow.... Again ... Can I book an appointment for tomorrow or the next day or day after that... No.. Waste of breath.

I honestly can't fault this practice. I've got numerous health problems and I've always been treated with respect by the Drs. Just recently my daughter had to have blood tests as she was poorly, Dr Powell contacted me within 4hrs with the result as there was a problem and arranged a repeat test. My only complaint is one of the receptionists thinks she's medically trained and can be quite rude so I try to avoid dealing with her. As regards to the appointment system, I actually prefer the Econsult system and I hope it's kept in place once Covid is over with as it's much easier to talk to your preferred Dr. Keep up the good work!

Nurses and doctors are great.
Pharmacists are obnoxious; having experienced an unsigned prescription situation that took another 30 minute wait to be completed and corrected.
Administrative staff are abhorrent and can definitely undergo further training or even re-training, to improve general common and human decency when dealing with phone calls, and especially to cater for vulnerable patients/public with “on the spectrum” and/or depression conditions.

Something is radically wrong with the way this surgery is run. The elongated message when you ring is far too long.Whilst some staff are polite, some are abrupt.You never know the name of the person who answers the phone, and when asked for their name, some get defensive!! You get given conflicting info when certain doctors are in surgery!! Staff will not leave messages for doctors!! I could go on but I now feel like one of their voice messages!!

Living in the area for a short while, when I signed up I was told it had to be as a temporary resident. Had a test done, and when I called up to get the results I was told they'd been discarded as I am a temporary resident.
Excellent waste of time for many. Person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and patronizing, telling me it was my fault.

If I could leave 0 star i would definitely do that. Receptionist are not only rude and abusive but also lazy too. The manager won't even hear your side of story and she jumps in to the conclusions.. disqualifiedand and very unprofessional people in charge of this clinic! Sad to see our tax money gets to this kind of clinic and people. .. this practice is dirty all the time! Regardless of covid they always been like this.. broken chairs and dirty carpets , you name it all. don't get registered there and don't deal with the chav Receptionist

In my neighbours time of need, all we needed was a defibrillator. That's all we needed. And still like the rude staff there they wouldn't give it to us. Rude. I've reported you and the health board are checking out the premises to make sure it's suitable for the public. Getting away from the fact my neighbour sadly passed away because of the 1 thing she needed. Filth the lot of you.
