Phoned medical centre spoke to reception then had a phone call from doctor then picked up prescription all with in 1hour. Very good service

Don't even know how this surgery is even open legally, not a clue between them

Receptionists are too busy gossiping. Stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes, saying hello before anyone even noticed I was there.

Due to covid they are advising patients not to attend a&e or hospitals, unless they really need to... but when your doctors wont help you, where else are you suppose to go?

This is a very good surgery, I've always found them very helpful

I called to get some information. I called at 11 o'clock and was told that i was number 7 in the queue...ok, I'm waiting. After half an hour, i reached number 2, which took some time, after which it automatically removed me from the queue and i thought: that's it, it's my turn, but the phone rang 15 minutes after that and no one answered, until the end i hung up because there was no point... no one answered me after 45 minutes... I didn't understand.......
