It is nothing but a joke. I tried to get a appointment in on the 19/02/2018 after ringing and then being put on hold. Only to be hung up on. And then to drive down and to be told I have to ring up. Witch I did 43 times with no answer.
Not happy with it. And in result I am changing surgery

I have updated this review, previously I scored it low due to one rude receptionist and a manager who didn't get my issue at all, however I've had amazing care from the doctors and nurses, and that is the main thing. Also the other receptionists are great.

Bizarre booking system to see a GP. Appointments seemingly awarded at random or after trial by ordeal. You are required to call an obscene amount of times before you can reach a receptionist and then, if you're lucky, there'll be a chance for a GP to call you back. Seeing someone in person is a privilege reserved for those in danger of immediate loss-of-limb. Would have more success attempting diagnosis at home using a mirror and the neighbour's son who once read an article on Google about that strange mark on your back that's changing shape.

Well what to say, I would never think of going to this surgery, call for a appointment and wait for a call back that never comes, and it’s not the first time this has happened. Stay away if I was you, doctors can’t be bothered to do they jobs!!!!

Absolute disgrace when an 82 year old in pain can not even get through on the phone to the surgery and has been trying for 3 days ! , you would have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment to actually be seen by a doctor here.

Surgery still making patients queue outside in all weathers. Still only allowing 1 person into surgery main desk at a time, regardless of weather or numbers waiting. Surely with the size of this surgery a better system can be put in place. Seems to be.......all surgery staff perfectly warm, dry, Joe bloggs can just wait attitude. Ridiculous situation...

I've always found them to be brilliant. Yes it's difficult to get through but once you do, there's usually no hassle in my experience. Others may differ in their opinion but that's natural. I hear some stories from other surgeries which makes me glad to have this surgery as mine
