Marina Surgery

My 80 mother loves this clinic and her doctor. She has been going there for many years.

Easy to park and flat surface to get there.

Always kind and understanding, and exceptionally helpful.

I love this surgery! In fact, it's one reason why I'm staying within its catchment. The staff are wonderful, I've never had trouble booking an appointment, the GP's always telephone back at the end of the day. These guys are so much better than surgeries frequented by work colleagues throughout Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.

Have not seen GP for over 2 years. Thinking of filing GMC abandonment complaint

Absolutely useless. Waiting 5 hours for a response from a doctor through ask my GP, only to be told "we're busy" when I call in and still can't get the issue sorted. Complete joke.

Doctors always call you at the end or start of the day, and all concerns are treated seriously and empathetically.
