Dog Exercise Area

Despite being located in a bit of a ruff area, if you happen to pawse for a moment here you'll be in for a treat. A very fetching and up market place -- I met several branch managers...

Ideal enclosed area.
Unfortunately gets very muddy after an amount of rain.

Nice friendly dog park, big and square with a bench at one end. Gets really boggy in winter, so not much good between October and March even in wellies as it's ankle deep mud, but fine the rest of the year!

Big area great for dogs and owners to socialise

We miss these areas now we no longer live in shepway, shame more council's don't think about recreational space this way

Only one bench for seating, and it's at the opposite end from where we entered. The fencing is nice and secure, though, but walking down and back up the steps when leaving is made slightly more difficult by the absence of handrails for less able-bodied people. The old concrete uprights are still there, however, they are more of a hindrance. The fencing is close enough to use the top rail as a hand hold, but the posts get in the way partly. They should be removed, or at least cut down to ground level.

Very well kept and spacious.
