My dog Jax has been having hydrotherapy sessions with Rachel to build up muscle in his back legs after cruciate ligament surgery. So far he has had 7 sessions and his progress is amazing. Rachel is so professional, kind and patient with him as he does not normally like water. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with wonderful facilities such as life jackets and showers for the dogs and warm changing rooms for the humans. I highly recommend Doggy Paddle for both hydrotherapy and leisure swims for all dogs.

Such a wonderful venue and the dogs were welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the pool in their own time. We did not feel rushed and the experience was super. Felt safe and secure and our instructor was extremely pleasant and patient, she clearly understood the dogs needs and I highly recommend.

This place is amazing I cannot recommend enough. My 12 year old doggy suffers from arthritis but relives her youth when she visits here. Rachel is so patient, friendly and so knowledgeable when it comes to my dogs needs. Myself and Roxie my pooch already trust her and look forward to our visits.

Thank you so much

Felt very rushed to get in and out of the pool itself not the duration of the session time . took away the enjoyment (however had we booked a longer slot would have benefited from this) in between people but did book a weekend slot with 5 minutes In between seemed chaotic better in week with a longer slot .

We was 7 minutes late due to an accident in traffic so leave plenty of time for delays to not shorten the experience as it is very to the minute .

There is only one changing room I have autism so not suitable personally for me to change in one small room with additional person plus two large dogs but fine for the average person . Although anyone else with autism may also want to consider this and book a weekday to have longer time .

Think it’s deff worth booking a longer slot with instructor or therapy session to fully benefit .

For £30 for a fun splash with the above to consider we wouldn’t be returning for the distance we travelled or the price we paid for us personally .

Both our dogs had the best time at Doggy Paddle! Our staffie has never been so happy and the ladies were so helpful with encouraging our other pup (who was a little nervous) to give it a go! Overall we will deffo be returning!

If I could give more stars I would!
My pup absolutely loved it, the staff we so attentive and gave me lots of tips on how to encourage her into the water and once she was in she didn't want to get out!

Going to doggy paddle is always great fun, Rachel is great for helping boost my dogs confidence in the water and going at his pace. The whole experience is well thought out with extras like a heater in the changing room and a doggy shower. Max is always very tired afterwards which is a bonus!

Friendly, helpful staff. My dogs wouldn't go in to the pool this time, but we managed to get their feet wet! Can't wait to go back. Nice sized pool, not too cold, toys to help encourage the dogs. Worth a visit.
*on second visit my boy was having a great time in the pool within 10 minutes *
