Hundred Acre Walks

Couldn't speak more highly of Hundred Acre Walks. We've been using them for our two dogs for well over a month and it's been one of the best moves we've made. Lisa is so friendly, the dogs love her and she goes above and beyond for them giving us photos and updates on how they've been. Brilliant service which we look forward to using lot more in the future.

Really disappointing service. We asked Lisa for a home visit twice a week for our 2 dogs. Advertised on the website is home visits for 30 mins at £6 a time. We met and discussed what we would like her to do, let them out to go to the toilet and spend some time with time around mid day. We asked for 20 - 30 min visit at which she said she would charge £6 for.

We have a webcam set up so we can check on the dogs throughout the day (something Lisa was aware of), we checked the first couple of visits being a bit wary of someone new coming into our home to see our dogs & found that she wasn’t even staying for 5 minutes. Just a quick dash in to let them in the garden, and not always making sure they had even been to the toilet. One day also not getting to our house until gone 3 o’clock.

I was really upset at the poor level of service from someone that claims to be a dog lover & messaged to tell her my concerns. She was rude and said I had agreed to a 5 minute “pop in” which I certainly had not. The 5 minutes was more disruptive to my dogs than doing any good. We terminated our service with Hundred Acre Walks after this. Lisa also refused to return our key back to us until we paid the invoice in full.

Extremely disappointed with our first experience of a “professional” dog walking/visit service. Would not use again or recommend to anyone else!

Lisa is absolutely amazing! Can’t ever ask for more. Oboe (our lab) is besotted with her and literally launches out the front door to see her! Caring, reliable, attentive and trustworthy. What more can you ask for!? Btw this isn’t just over a month it’s been about 2 years worth of experience!

Lisa has been our dog walker for nearly three years and looked after our puppy from the very beginning. She was wonderful when completing our initial home visit as she was very thorough meeting our puppy for the first time.
When our dog was a puppy, Lisa is did two puppy play visits and then advised when she would be ready for longer singular and more socialised walks with other dogs.
Our dog absolutely loves her and enjoys her lunchtime walks with the gang. Lisa often sends photos and videos of how our puppy is doing and socialising with her pals. She is brilliant and we would and do recommend her to everyone!

I phoned Lisa before we officially bought our puppy to get some advice, and to make sure we had someone we completely trusted to look after our little pup!! She was so helpful and even came round to our house to tell us what we needed, and gave us tips before we brought our labrador, Ralph home.
She has been walking him now for over 18 months and we honestly couldn't ask for a better dog walker. As we both work Monday to Friday, it was always such a relief knowing our boy was being looked after by Lisa. She even came to.our wedding to look after Ralph and he had a holiday at hers when we went on Honeymoon for 2 weeks. I wouldn't have been able to relax if he hadn't have been with her!
Her photos always show how much fun he has with the other dogs and we are always grateful for her help and flexibility.
We highly recommend Lisa- and Ralph adores her!! 🐾

Lisa is a very professional walker, she takes the time to get to know her doggie charges and adjusts walks and times for their requirements. Lisa is bright and bubbly and always reliable. There is no one else I would trust with my Dougal, who absolutely loves her and his walkie chums.

Lisa is absolutely amazing with our 2 dogs! We feel really lucky. Really friendly, very professional and a really good service. Nothing is too much bother. Top marks!
