I couldn't have asked for better service from the truly dedicated Sarah & Frank from Golden Paws. From meeting up prior to us going away I new straight away where I wanted to place my beloved dog. This dog has helped me through rough times during my illness so I new I wanted a family home setting with people that would shower her with much love & confidence. I was relaxed & calm knowing my girl was in safe friendly hands & couldn't recommend Golden Paws enough & will definitely be using their services again. So from me & my girl Lady, we thank you 😊 😘 ❤ 🙏 so much. X

Could not recommend Golden Paws more if I tried, from the minute we met Sarah and Frank we had complete faith that our pup would be safe. Our dog absolutely loves coming here, a complete home from home and Sarah/Frank look after her so well. We always get regular pupdates to see how she’s getting on and feel very assured she’s getting the best care. We love being part of the Golden Paws family!

8 nights in Portugal and I wanted to leave my cat to be in her own home rather than a cattery so I used golden paws… it was great they sent photos and checked in with me every day to let me know how my cat was. I felt really happy with the service!

Look no further for your dog sitting, sitter needs! I can't begin to describe how great Sarah and Frank where with our 1 year old rescued street dog. From the off, Sarah put my mind at rest that he would be in the best possible hands, and he was.
Sarah and Frank could not have been kinder, not only to us but also with our pup, sending regular updates and treating him with love and patients in what could have easily become an overwhelming situation. Albie played well with the other dogs and slept soundly. We couldn't be more thankful to Sarah and Frank as we were able to go and enjoy a family wedding safe in the knowledge Albie was being well looked after.
We aren't local to Essex but if we were we would use Golden Paws again - no question- as Albie was sad to go and leave his new found friends.

Golden Paws helped us at last minute notice with our two Sprollies - and I have to say I have been blown away by the care they gave our dogs. They are OUTSTANDING people. I will never go anywhere else again. WOW.

Love this little family I found for my boy. He's been going since he was a pup. As he was my first puppy I felt overwhelmed at times and before I could even put him in day care I turned to Sarah and asked for advice all tearful. She was absolutely amazing putting my new puppy mummy mind to rest. The family are so much more than just a day care to me. They are an extension of my circle of loved ones. Couldn't rate higher than a 5*

Our puppy has been going to Golden Paws for the last 4 months. From the first time I spoke with Sarah, I knew she was going to take such good care of him. With their guidance, we put together a plan to slowly introduce him to her (and Frank & Bear ) and build up confidence for all of us.
Our puppy now knows when we are in their road and bounds up the door to see them and their other guests.
We have built up our puppy’s time with them, increasing to overnight stays and we have now just picked him up from a week’s holiday with them. Sarah sends as many photos/videos as you would like and her love and care for the dogs is wonderful. Our puppy has had the best time with them and his friends. Nothing is too much trouble and we are so thankful for them.

Sarah & Frank are just the kindest. I’ve had trouble with feeding our cocker and they have given me invaluable advice. They also look after Barney like their own, sending updates when we are on holiday. I am so grateful that they took Barney. It’s his 2nd home & Barney loves it. Highly, highly recommended.
