Testimony for Happy Hounds March 2019

My chocolate Labrador Bailey has been going to Happy Hounds from about 12 weeks old ; she is turning five at the end of May.
I have never considered putting her anywhere else as not only am I very happy with the care my dog has received but she can’t wait to be out of the door whenever she is picked up for walks and daycare! Her enthusiasm is evident.
I like the fact that as an owner I am kept informed ;I know when there will be changes to where Bailey is going to be when in day care , when prices change , who will be boarding her when I am away etc but also things that concern both Bailey and the other dogs-her behaviour-good and bad-vaccinations , who she plays with/gets on with etc . I absolutely LOVE the school report that I get from Doggy Day Care on a weekly basis with photos which I keep.
I really appreciate the swift responses I get to changes I make / e mails I send and find the HH team really accommodating , feeding my cats also if necessary at last minute.
No organisation is perfect-but I have found that Happy Hounds always ensure that if there has been a problem it is rectified quickly and efficiently . When I was on holiday one year abroad , Bailey couldn’t settle . Nicola-who was boarding her at the time in a new house -ensured she was settled happily elsewhere very quickly so that I could continue to enjoy my holiday worry free. I have never boarded my dog in kennels and Richard who usually always boards her when I am away for a week or so sends me regular updates and photos.
Over the hot summer last year clients were kept in touch about what HH were doing , putting the dogs’ well-being first.
I recommend HH to anyone I talk to when walking my dog ; as a dog owner with pretty much full responsibility for my pet in my family it’s very important to me to have peace of mind about Bailey when I am not with her . I know that is what Happy Hounds endeavour to give me where my pets are concerned.

I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically.

My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day.

They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.

Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. It is a relief to know that our precious boy is in such safe and loving hands. Thanks Happy Hounds!

Happy Hounds have been looking after my Cavachon puppy since he was 10 weeks old. We are so lucky to have found such an amazing company who have been with us on our canine journey from puppy visits, solo and group walks, grooming and day care. The entire team are so friendly, reliable and most of all looked after my Cavachon puppy with care, patience, attention and love. I completely trust the team and cannot recommend these amazing bunch of people enough. From the office staff who handle all the admin with such ease, cooperation and responsiveness to the walkers who arrive with the warmest smile and a hug for my pup and the daycare ladies sending regular updates with all the canine fun is just the best! The grooming service is undoubtedly the highest standard I have experienced. I knew my puppy was always well-looked after with a quality, caring and responsible team. Also if I ever needed advice the Happy Hounds Team were always there for me and my pup! HH helped my puppy develop into a sweet, well-socialised and well behaved (most of the time :) pet!

Brilliant groomers, did a fantastic job at fairly short notice with my pup. His cut looked great and has grown out so well. He's not great in the bath but they were very patient with him and even gave helpful tips for how to improve his attitude to being washed. Can't wait for his next visit.

From my initial contact, Chloe and the team have been very helpful and prompt in their responses.

When we arrived for our appointment I explained to Reinaldo (groomer) what cut we wanted and my query with regards to our puppy's matted hair.

I honestly can't speak highly enough about Happy Hounds. After recently moving to east london with my two dogs and having to work some days in the office, I felt very anxious about who would walk my dogs when I was at work. My dogs are my world and whilst looking online it dawned on me that I was actually trying to find someone to walk the most important thing I own. I felt so relieved to come across Happy Hounds. They are very responsive and helped me with all my queries. My dog walker from Happy Hounds is the loviest person and I couldn't feel happier knowing my babies are in such safe hands! I can’t rave about Happy Hounds more! My Zeppelin comes back looking adorable every time he goes there for a groom. Very kind & lovely people too! They do a perfect job.
