Good seating layout given the small space, very friendly staff, excellent doughnuts (as I should hope!) and coffee.
I had the Easter Egg today, and plan on returning for the rest of the range!

Wonderful customer service today. I explained that I was deaf and the person serving me removed his mask at a distance so that I could lipread. I bought a dozen of glazed donuts and asked how long they would stay fresh for. Some great tips. Thanks so much! 😀

As a regular customer to the company, as it was my birthday and was in Norwich I thought I might as well claim my free birthday donuts. I was able to get the donut however the staff were rude and my mum was going to pay for one to but as soon as I asked for my birthday donut they muttered to each other and gave me a horrible look. Donut was great but the experience was less than pleasant and felt awful.

If you don’t have people skills “Don’t work a public place serving people all day with a face like thunder!!!” This really isn’t the job for you young man.
My daughter likes to go to Krispy Crème when we go to Norwich, and we always get our donut and a drink, and the staff are friendly and “Polite” (How it should be 😊), but last Wednesday there was a young man serving, on his own - he may have been afraid of his face cracking if he smiled or uttered more than 2 words strung together. We both sat down with our donuts whilst we waited for our drinks - when our drinks were ready He called out “hot chocolate and cappuccino” and put them down on the side and went back behind the counter. (there was one 1 other table in the place with four women quietly chatting) Not busy! I collected the drinks - they were both frothy and I was honestly unable, by sniffing them, to decipher which one was the Cappuccino and which one was the hot chocolate - and they were both in identical cups. I put 2 sugars into the one I thought was mine and began stirring and chatting, whilst my daughter took a sip of hers - from the look on her face I knew she had the coffee and I had just put 2 sugars into a cup of hot chocolate which now made It far too sweet. “I’ll get you another one,” I insisted , the man should have been more helpful when shouting out our order. I went over to the counter, and asked for another hot chocolate and explained what had happened. His face was more angry than before and he actually appeared to grunt, no words, no smile Disgusting service!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!

Helpful and friendly staff. I explained that one of my children has a peanut allergy. They told us that there were no peanut ones (Reese's pieces would have been my worry) and then they gave me time and space for my 3 to children to choose. Didn't make us feel rushed at all. Thank you

First time in a Krispy store, and we had quick service by friendly staff!

We had the Halloween donuts and an Oreo milkshake which are very nice and super sugary!

They didn’t have much left as it was towards the end of the day but the Jaffa donut was very tasty (I like Jaffa cakes so it was right up my street). The staff were having real trouble with their payment system and were very polite asking us to wait whilst they rebooted the system.

I always love popping in here for a doughnut and a hot chocolate the team are all so friendly and always have a smile on their faces.
