Krispy Kreme Hammersmith

Extremely lovely service. Only downside is sometimes popular flavours might run out if you come late on the day.. but I guess it’s not staff’s fault.

£2.95 for a coffee and any doughnut was a great offer that I received via email from Krispy Kreme.

The great offer was paired with even greater service from the very lovely Julia. Julia didn’t do anything out of the ordinary, she smiled, looked me in the eyes and asked how my day was but her manner made me walk away and think yep - great customer service.

Really lovely staff member made my morning. After the Bank blocking my card and finding out you can only pay cash, the lovely lady made my coffee for me anyway. These small acts of kindness makes all the difference!

Bought 4 doughnuts yesterday from Hammersmith shop. Consistent observation by my daughter and I was the custard filling inside was insufficient and concentrated just on one side. That makes it too sweet for single bite and rest of it goes dry. Definitely, something for them to address it. This is the first place I have noticed this lack of custard across different Krispy Kreme shops across UK.
