Shout out to Alison, who helped me so so much this morning. I had a very unpleasant experience this morning with ubereats (delivering my doughnuts surprise to the wrong address), but Alison went above and beyond 5-stars customer service by helping me get to a solution on the situation! Thank you so much Alison!

Krispy Kreme is always great tasting but I have a very unpleasant experience with the lady serving me , it was 15 minute before they shut and a black female behind the counter looked like I was an inconvenience to her, she wasn’t very welcoming at all.
I asked and pointed at the donut I wanted in the display there was only around 3 lines leftover at this point and they were far apart so it very easy to know what I’m pointing at .
But she wanted me to say what I wanted by it’s name instead of pointing , she kept rudely correcting me to what donut it is but she had also failed to realise the donuts have wrong display name front the front so I kept saying the incorrect name for it.
It’s just a bad experience I didn’t want to have to be rudely corrected because she can’t do her job properly.

Outstanding service, cleanliness and all round deliciousness. I especially love the coffees and milkshakes!

Donuts are perfect, but one thing is just out of my and my sons understanding.
The girl who is working there gave free donuts to another child just right to my little sons face. He is a kind boy, but why it’s doing like this? If you want to do something like this just not in front of other child next time please
