Bad experience. I have ordered 3 doors and I have received them in 2 months. Very hard to get in touch with them. No answer on the phone, I don’t recommend

Ordered 1 (yes just one!!) door. Failed to deliver within 5 days of their own overestimation. Appalling customer service and no calls back. Do not go anywhere near this company. Would have given them zero stars but you can’t.

After purchasing doors previously from a company who i shall not name, ordering with Door valley has been a breeze. Swift delivery, contacted me several times to give me updates and friendly helpful staff. Would fully recommend this company.

I found the doors supplied not of a quality I expected from a four figure price tag. They didn't respond to phone calls nor emails and I had to contact my bank, after which they finally responded. I will be replacing these doors again with some from another company as these are not to an acceptable quality in my opinion, my other 16 doors from a UK major supplier were much cheaper and had no quality issues. I can't recommend them at all unfortunately ... from order to finish took months of stress repeated phone calls emails and I wish I had never bought from them.

Very poor service, promised a delivery date which was never met. Repeatedly phoned to find out when delivery would be only to be told I would be called back with a delivery date, which also never happened.

Eventually asked for a refund after waiting 3 weeks and surprisingly the door turned up the following day.

Delivery was fast and efficient. Excellent quality!!!!
