If I could give this company more than five stars I would . Service from the beginning and end was faultless. Claire in the office was prompt with my emails . Helpful in every way . Sorry I can’t remember the sales persons name but he also was very good. Explained everything.
Nick the fitter was a joy to meet. He did an excellent job . Explained everything I needed to know and more . Left the place spotless. I was so impressed with his handheld vacuum I will be ordering one .
As I told them . I wish there was more companies like that . Thank you to all.

Great local showroom, Robbie and Claire were extremely helpful in explaining the various options from a plethora of possibilities.

I was kept well informed with the status of my order.

On the day of fitting, Nick, the installer, arrived promptly and swiftly took to the task of removing the old door and frame to fit the new one. The finish was excellent.

I'm over the moon with the new door and a huge improvement on the old one, providing light to a previous gloomy hallway. The quality is superb and action smooth.

Overall, really pleased and would not hesitate to recommend - well worthy of the 5* reputation they maintain - from another delighted customer. Thanks again.

First class service from the Door Company in Stafford. Great advice given by Claire and Robbie when looking into internal door types and options open to us. Door delivery was prompt and they arrived with all the required fittings.
The Door fitter (Mark) was polite and engaging when arranging a date and time to suit us for the fitting.
He arrived on time and got straight on with the task, no fuss, no mess. Really nice chap, happy to chat but didn't loose focus on the job.
All round very satisfied with the service provided by a professional team of true trades people.

Had our new door fitted today and we are absolutely delighted with it and the service we received from Claire and Robbie.
Nick, who fitted the door is a top class craftsman and has done a faultless job. When he had finished and tidied up it was as if he hadn't been there such is the quality of the door and its installation.
Would use them again without hesitation and thoroughly recommend them.

Wow. We love our new door, it looks amazing. Fantastic service from Claire and Robbie at the Door Company. Nick who fitted the door did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. We’d highly recommend the Door Company, worth every penny.

We used the Door Company when we changed all upstairs doors and our front door. We went for Suffolk Oak upstairs and chose a Solidor for our front door. We were extremely happy with the finish! Not only that but the service we received from beginning to end was wonderful. Will be back when we get round to changing downstairs doors!
