Well, after getting a quote for a new Conservatory we thought this was really expensive but wanted to meet with Michael Duffy to understand how we can make changes without affecting quality of end product but get the price down. We have sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls and nobody is ever in contact with us. After waiting 6 weeks for an exorbitant quote I am afraid I cannot recommend this company as we can’t ever get hold of someone to help us. Their reviews on Facebook also leaves one with little confidence in them.

We requested for someone to come out to give us a quote to update our conservatory. They arranged for someone to come round within 3 days. Mike Sullivan arrived on time and was really professional and helpful. He was very patient with our changing minds on colours and sizes etc. Contract signed - now just hope the product lives up to the promise!

Excellent service from Dean who came very promptly to give us an estimate to replace a tilt and turn window.

Parents house had a full refurbishment in April 2018 initially there was no problem the windows looked good and seemed like they were fitted well. By January 2020 we had contacted FineLine to replace and repair multiple windows across the house, my parents have been strung on being told to wait for phone calls that don't come and emails which they have had to chase up on time and time again being strung along. For over a year it has been delay after delay with excuse after excuse, we finally get a date that the repairs are going to happen 5th of May 2021 on the day were expecting the repairs to take place we get a phone call saying they do not have the windows in the depot and to expect more delays.

My parents spent a lot of money on the refurbishments and at this point nearly a third of them have some issue or other some of which are pretty major, avoid this company at all cost.

I would have preferred to see the contract before I signed anything but I am aware of my legal rights so was not overly concerned.
