To help with energy loss in our home we commissioned Luke at City Installations to install a sliding door between our conservatory and living room and a new window in our bathroom. I was a bit nervous as it was the cheapest quote we had and we've never had any work like this done to our house before but couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was good from the start and the glazing has been installed neatly and professionally with minimal mess. We can already feel the difference in warmth in the rooms and are really pleased with how they look. Would definitely recommend this company.

Just had our new windows installed and we're absolutely delighted with the service received and the quality of the work. Josh, the fitter was clean, tidy and professional in his work even when dealing with a tricky small window.

I would wholly recommend City Installations Ltd. The whole process from initial visit by Luke to final installation headed up by Josh was problem-free and straightforward. Luke has an eye for detail and spotted some tiny scratches on one of the sashes during installation - without hesitation he ordered a new one and it was changed promptly and without inconvenience. Luke and his team were a pleasure to do business with: polite, well-mannered and respectful. Pricing is very competitive and although I asked for a discount after receiving the quote (who doesn't?), Luke knows exactly where he pitches his pricing and explained this clearly and politely. I was actually happy with the very reasonable and competitive price - not the cheapest (who wants the cheapest?) and certainly not the highest priced - but a good price for one of the best profile systems on the market.

Well what can I say my wife and I chose city installations to completely replace all our windows and doors in our house , and we were not disappointed, the quality of the windows and doors were excellent,also the workmanship carried out by Josh was second to none . The attention to detail and carrying out all the work inside and out, with the neatness and tidiness is credit to the firm also Luke was really helpful and informative from start to finish,so if you are looking for some new windows and doors at the right price these are the guys.
