DAY 1 : Initially viewed the bifold doors at the Raglan show site, where the staff had cleared the paths of snow so it was safe to walk around. Was very impressed by the product and the staff, spoke to Jonathan over the phone and got a quote based on my measurements.
DAY 2: Surveyor attended our property and measured up.
DAY 3: Supply and fit date confirmed.
DAY 14: Fitted.
At all times all the staff I engaged with where helpful and friendly. The two fitters (John and Steve) where exceptional, very pleasant and friendly, absolutely fastidious in their attention to detail during the fitting process and left the site so clean even my wife was happy! I happily recommend Monmouthshire windows, 10 out of 10 from me.

We had a supalite roof installed on our existing conservatory and it is absolutely fantastic we now use the room every day. The installation team were brilliant and efficient. Also had bifold doors installed which finished the room off perfectly. Cannot recommend the company highly enough. Money well spent. Thanks to the whole team for making the job so seamless.

Review correction:

I initially left a review stating some issues I'd had with whistling doors at the back of my house, I was mistakenly under the impression that there is a one year guarantee with this company, and having not previously raised this issue felt there was nothing to be done.

I was very quickly contacted by the Monmouthshire Window Company who were nothing but polite and helpful, stating they would assess my doors in person to rectify this issue. I was also informed there is a ten year guarantee which is great.

The quality of our bifold door is excellent. The fitters Steve and John did a fantastic job in extremely bad weather. They were very friendly, professional and left everything tidy. However communication with the company was unbelievably bad. Had to chase them for a fitting date then they turned up a day early and blamed me for getting the date wrong which I absolutely know I didn't. This caused inconvenience for us but I was told it was that day or 4 weeks later for fitting. For that reason I wouldn't use them again but if you do I'd advise requesting confirmation of dates in writing.

Have just had my front and back door replaced and am highly delighted. The quality and price i paid is second to none. I wish i had used this company on previous window replacements. The service was very professional and i would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Recently had a new back door fitted including re-use of my old cat flap - sales through to fitting all did a great job, friendly team and prompt replies. The back door looks great and does a great job of keeping the heat in.

From the first initial quote in February to the gentleman who came out and took all the measurements, to the communication from what must be the office staff to the fitters that arrived on Monday for the next 3 days.

Every single person I was in contact with at Monmouthshire Window and Doors were absolutely fantastic!

When you think of someone coming to your house to give you a quote originally just for a new front door you would think that they would push you into the most expensive door or into purchasing but this was not the case I felt so at ease when the lovely gentleman came we decided to go for it and do all of it in one go!

The fitters I think we were told there names were Dave and Tom I could be incorrect but from when they arrived Monday to when they left today were Outstanding! Amazing work ethic to get the job done! To the little things that matter like the finishes of the doors and windows and even down to the clean up once they are done!

I phoned early this morning and requested an appointment for a quote. I was told someone from the sales team would contact me, I am still waiting 5.57 pm. I am guessing if they can't even return my call they are unprofessional and are therefore not worth giving my business to.
