Rugby Double Glazing replaced all the doors, windows and french doors in our bungalow.
Simon, Thelma and Scot were very helpful and patient whilst we decided on the specification of everything.
The installation team were prompt, tidy, very accommodating and did a fabulous job. Thanks very much Paul, Stacey, John and Ian.
There was a question over the specification of one of the french doors. This was tended to immediately and we were presented with several options to resolve the matter. The rectification was carried out without question and the result is exactly as it was described.
All in all we are delighted with the product, the installation and the whole team at Rugby Double glazing and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I changed all my windows and doors with RDG. The sales process was excellent, especially compared to the big brands. Simon listened to us and helped us make choices. No pushy sales. The lead time was reasonable and the quality of the windows and doors is good. The fitting was also good. All very polite, professional and tidy. We had a few snagging issues steming from order admin errors, manufacturing and fitting, but Thelma, Scott and the team were always contactable and always willing to come out again and put things right. I have every confidence in RDG and would use them again.

I can't recommend this company enough. From the initial contact for a quote, right through to the final installation, the team have been amazing, courteous, fun and professional at the same time. The end result is even better than I envisaged, the workmanship of the installation is remarkable, I wish I'd done it sooner. If you get multiple quotes to compare make sure you are getting a true comparison. These guys use high quality products so won't necessarily be the cheapest, but well worth it for a product that will last a very long time.

Rugby Double Glazing installed some beautiful bi-fold doors for me. All the staff are really polite and the fitters are super professional. I'll definitely be using again for future work and highly recommend them!

Had a door and side window panel fitted. Really pleased with the work that has been done. From start to finish,the team that fit the door were really professional,left everything tidy and did a great job. Thelma communicated really well and everyone was really friendly.

Rugby Double Glazing installed a composite front door, UPVC rear door and 4 windows for us. The quotation process was simple and Simon talked us through what options and choices were available and provided the initial quotation very quickly, he was also receptive to tweaks to the quotation before finalisation.

Surveying and ordering was also completed quickly, and whilst we waited a little bit longer for installation than we expected (10 weeks as opposed to 8) we were kept up to date.

The fitting happened over two days and was carried out by courteous and efficient fitters who were more than happy to fit our cat flap into the new UPVC door, too. The quality of the doors and windows is great and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of both days.
