9.05 24/4 I made an appointment for someone to come out to do a survey to replace my front door. I was told someone would be out the next morning - no one came - I also took time off work - rang their office said someone would come out on the 26/4 first thing as I have to got to work - no one came. Rang their office 10.39 said he was coming but couldn't get in touch with him. 13.04 rang office said he was on an emergency call - spoke to office manager - apologised said would continue to try to get hold of him but in any event office manager finished at 5pm and would update me before she left (lost a day at work) - no one got back to me - still haven't - I've given up with them. Maybe this is an isolated incident, but for me I won't be requiring their service.

Ordered on the website, on a Sunday, arrived on the day stated. Good quality materials, at very competitive prices. Will be using again, and would recommend to family and friends.

Purchased a front door in frame from them and when I had problems with the door warping in the sun they wouldn't communicate with me. When I finally after months of trying got them to reply I had to fill out forms etc etc. another month waiting then they informed me their supplier had gone bust so they couldn't honour any warranties. So would not recommend anyone doing business this way.

Purchased Solidor in late 2019.
Lock mechanism ceased, contacted UPVC and was asked to contact Solidor directly who said that I should contact UPVC Outlet as my contract was with them. Had no joy with UPVC Outlet. Solidor kindly delivered new mechanism and sorted out a local locksmith. In the meantime, UPVC refused to pay locksmith fee back to me. Solidor have issued a credit note for the locksmith cost to UPVC Outlet. Various emails and months have gone by and nothing from UPVC outlet?

Poor standard of fitting, door, window and frames supplied were chipped and stained. Poor customer service, all communication was via messenger. I do not recommend this company!
