Excellent service. I rang 1st Call today (between Xmas and New Year) at 10 and was promised an engineer by midday. Connor arrived at 11 and by 11:25 had identified and cleared two separate blockages, and left the drains completely clear, and all for a very reasonable charge.

1st Call were First Rate. Highly recommend. Blocked shower fixed within a few hours of making a call. By very professional team - Charlie & Billy, even within Zone 1 London. Thank you.

Our engineer Harry was great. Professional and polite. Had shoe covers and tidied up after himself. Not the easiest job especially in rainy conditions but he got it done and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Loud, rude and completely disrespectful of the area they were in employees. Their "banter" seems to be more important to them than common sense.

The management company for our flat called them when we had a blocked drain, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Dominic, the owner, came out to the flat himself 2 hours after they got the call, and spent ages sorting the sink and drainage system out. He was friendly, courteous, and brilliant at what he does. After having been batted around by our insurance company for almost a week, and other plumbers having been around to the flat and not able to unblock the drainage for us, this was a dream.
