Can't praise this company enough. Needed my pipes unblocked, Mike did this with no problems. I also asked for Mike to quote for replumbing washing machine and dishwasher as what I had was poorly fitted, leaking and not to code. He actually came in a little under his original quote. Very pleased with the service I received. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

I had a bathroom fitter ruin my main drain pipe where all the sink, washing machine and bath waste was going into. Mike was amazing at sorting the problem out he even found grout down the drain left by the fitter, which was all cleared. The job was tricky but Mike sorted it without fuss and full tested everything before leaving. Mike kindly also remediated another problem with my kitchen sink waste! He is the real deal, charges what he says he will, does what he says he will and is a really nice chap!

I am more than happy to provide this 5* review for E.T.A. Drainage, if there were more stars to give, I probably would have given them more to be honest. I had a drain problem and called them up and arranged to time and date for them to visit. Mike and Ray messaged with an ETA and turned up promptly. These guys solved the problem really well but didn't stop there. They checked all the other drains to make sure nothing else would cause the same problem, provided me some great advice and never once tried to sell me more services. They were professional, respectful of my property, cleaned up and you would never have known they had visited. This is the type of local business we need and need to support. For me its great, I never need to look for another company in future, I will just call ETA.
I would also like to provide some advice, Ray likes his tea, no sugar and just a drop of milk. I asked how my cuppa was and got a "it was not bad" So now I have something to improve upon next time I need their help. ;)~

Great service from this company. Mike and the team are helpful, professional and courteous. I can't fault the work that they did which was a good price also. I recommend ETA and would definitely use them again.

Luckily for me google had ETA up there as one of the first companies when I searched, Mike was great and popped round the same afternoon he gave advise on the phone, and he diagnosed the problem straight away - already so impressed by his professionalism and kindness which a lot of companies now lack but ETA will be now my contact for all my plumbing needs! Would highly recommend
