Aquastone Services - Drains & Plumbing

I have used Aquastone services to for a small piece of work: mount a bathroom cabinet on a wall and fix the leaky and noisy taps in our kitchen. When I got in touch, Alan was super quick to respond and booked a visit within a couple days. The job was then booked and finished within less than a week.

The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work really good. Both my husband and I are delighted with the outcome.

I really appreciated how professional, efficient and approachable Alan was, despite having to put up with my silly barking dogs and my many questions. When there was a small issue related to the piece of work, Alan answered immediately and sorted it out.

I particularly appreciated how responsive the service was, as opposed to previous negative experience with other companies who would not commit to a job and sometimes not even return a call or an email, not even to express lack of capacity / interest for the work.

After recently purchasing a property that hadn’t been occupied for several years there was uncontrollable damp on one corner of the house. Alan quickly identified the problem was coming from a blocked drain and rectified the problem immediately.

Discovered we had a leak late morning contacted Alan who advised how to temporarily stop the leak till he could attend, he attended that same afternoon to repair a section of pipe and stop the leak, very professional and polite highly recommended to all friends and family.
