South Side Theatre Academy

STA is an amazing Theatre arts family. My son absolutely loves it. Since joining STA he's confidence has grown and he can't wait to go every week. He has developed in his skills, had the opportunities to work on stage technologies, enjoyed a west end show trip with his class friends and support younger members. Toby and Charlie go above and beyond with what they do, to encourage and challenge the students in their skills whilst also making it a fun and happy environment. I would recommend STA to anyone looking for a theatre arts school for their children it's a fantastic place to be.

STA is fantastic, what Toby and his team are doing is so precious. When I think back 4 years to my daughter's first show with them and how she quietly barked as Toto! because she was too shy to have any lines. Now she is delivering lines and getting laughs from the audiences and loving that connection. STA has given her room and encouragement to grow in confidence and in self belief. It's priceless Toby, thank you. 😊

Toby and all the teachers at Southside are fantastic. Our 10 year old daughter has now performed in Matilda and she absolutely loved every minute. She has attended weekly drama classes for the last 4 years and performed in 4 big productions at The Corner House. Such a great experience.

This team are incredible at nurturing the confidence and skills of little people. Singing, dancing, acting, understanding theatre production and costume, as well as making new friends all in one go! Can’t speak highly enough of this theatre academy.

My son started with South Side at the end of 2021 and he has grown hugely in his confidence since joining the Academy. The classes push the kids to do their best in a fun and engaging way. When I watched the amazing performances of Matilda the Musical I found myself a little envious, I would have loved to have been part of those casts when I was 9! Toby and the team are dedicated, inspiring leaders, so much so that my youngest now wants to be part of the fun.

South Side Theatre Academy has been such a wonderful addition to our daughter's world. She loves to perform and South Side has given her the space to do this in a safe, friendly and nurturing environment. It's a joy to see her grow in confidence, make new friends and learn new skills.
