Have bought from The Exchange, each time I have visited, this is a gem of a shop.

This is a beautifully laid out shop with clothes of all type of styles. There is sure to be something you will look at and like . Staff are very helpful and friendly and will always give advise if asked. It's on main Highgate in Kendal there is also a shop in Lancaster. It needs to be visited inside to be appreciated.

Always fined a bargain, excellent service, with lots of different makes of all areas of clothing from top end names to high street fashion. Great friendly service without being intrusive.

Amazing shop. Beautiful clothes at such great prices. Staff are so helpful and friendly. After my visit I regretted not buying an item. I called the shop and the lady I spoke to was so helpful and I was able to purchase the item over the phone and they posted to my home address in Sheffield. I can't thank them enough x

The most fantastic selection I've seen in a long time for second hand clothes and shoes and all at very reasonable/fair prices. I would visit here frequently if I could or even work part time as I adore clothes. The lady who I assumed owned the store (Sally) was welcoming and accommodating when I asked to return to pick up some dresses.

I would have a few suggestions though, not sure if the place is usually one manned and I do like a non pushy sales approach but could have had done with some attention as I was stuck on what dress to choose and the whole vintage section could do with revamping..as lots of stunning pieces were hidden in over stuffed rails.. people seemed to shy away from that section of the shop.. I even saw a lady with two modern dresses in her hand prior ...I wish I'd had the chance later to show her a stunning vintage piece at the back which would have fit her perfectly and been more unique..

Anyway again, fabulous shop with so much more potential.
