Rhiannon did the alterations on my bridal gown for my wedding in May and I was so happy with the service. They took so much care with my dress and made sure it was perfect. I felt amazing on the day and can’t fault anything! I highly recommend her to anyone needing wedding gown alterations.

Rhiannon and the team were absolute life savers. I had my wedding dress shipped over from Sydney and needed some last minute alterations. In the space of 3 weeks, I had booked an appointment, had 2 dress fittings and had the dress ready to take away with me. The service was just incredible and the dress fitted beautifully. She was recommended to me by Laura May Bridal after I'd found my dress there and I am SO glad they did. Being in a wheelchair presented some unique challenges but Rhiannon didn't let anything faze her and took it all in her stride. She was so accommodating I felt like any other bride at her fitting, which I appreciated so so much. Thank you!❤

Rhiannon is so so lovely, she made every appointment extra special - I felt like she was part of the family who was just as happy and excited as I was 🥰 it was just perfect. I felt relaxed and at home as soon as I walked through the doors. When I collected my dress it was beautifully steamed and pressed and I just trusted Rhiannon completely to take care of it and make it fit just right!
On the day, my dress fitted perfectly, and survived a wedding full of laughter, food and dancing until 3.30am!

Rhiannon J Ltd was recommended to me by a well known bridal boutique in Cardiff City Centre. My wedding dress needed to be taken in. I also requested straps to be added to the dress and for further lace detail to be added to the neckline of the dress.

In all honesty, when I first purchased the dress at the bridal boutique I was having second thoughts about it (I had chosen it at fairly short notice because we had planned the wedding at short notice). However, Rhiannon completely transformed the dress with the alterations she made and I couldn't have been happier with the result. You would not have guessed that the straps and neckline had been added - everything was seemless.

Rhiannon is also very personable and lovely to deal with.

Rhiannon altered my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dress. To say the service was exceptional would be an understatement. Rhiannon instantly put me at ease with the fittings, what needed to be done and the time scale of the fittings etc. She even worked way passed open hours as we took longer at the dress fitting than expected. The service was very personalised and Rhiannon is just lovely. Really took a weight of my shoulders. Very reasonably priced also. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
