Longridge Dry Cleaning Centre

Do not bring anything to this cleaner, they totally messed up my wedding dress and won't own up for there mistake.

Picked up my clothes from them on 28th April 2022 and had the worst dry cleaning experience. Clothes were folded in the bag and not even ironed. One of my favourite tops which should have been dry cleaned was damaged i.e. Incorrectly washed hence was faded. Original colour can be seen in the pocket of the 3rd image. That was the colour of the whole top before taking it to Longridge Dry cleaning. Not sure if there was an issue with the quality of the tailors cloth or longridge dry cleaners did a bad job but no one informed me that there was an issue when i picked the items up.

I use other dry cleaners often and this has been the worst experience i've had. Clothes weren't even hanged. I even questioned if they had been washed at all.

I won' t be using them again. Completely disappointed.

Incredibly rude service from what I assume is the owner who basically sneers at you when you go in. I asked if I could pay by card as that was what I had done last time. The guy sneered at me again, moved some clothes and pointed at a sign that said they have no card machine. Didn't say a word. Very strange as they actually do have a card machine which they must use as and when they see fit.

Really helpful and knowledgable staff. They always try to help on short-notice jobs too, can't recommend them highly enough.

Staff seem not to care about their customers and speak in cryptic words instead of sentences. Odd place.
