Very friendly, professional and quick! Took my bridesmaids dress for two alternations, one around the bust area and then one for the length as it was too long. Got it back in just under a week and it was perfect, couldn't tell that it had been altered other than it now fits perfectly! Even carried out some re-stitching on the back that I hadn't noticed! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

I am new to the area and have never had a tailor like it. I burnt my bridesmaids dress and was due at the venue the same evening. I arrived 15minutes before closing time, very stressed but the team could not have been more helpful. They stopped what they were doing and worked overtime to help rectify the situation and even offered me a drink. They also steamed the dress. The team literally couldn’t have done more for me, they were very friendly and went completely above and beyond in terms of customer service. They did a fantastic job and you can barely notice the burn. This will be my go to dry cleaners and tailors going forwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Fantastic service here - the team is really friendly and the quality of work is excellent! I have had several dresses altered here - some with complicated pleating, and it has been no problem for the team. The clothes now fit perfectly - I would highly recommend.

Incredible Tailors & Dry Cleaners! Lovely team, who did a great job bringing in 2 coats which were too big, great fit & attentive in deciding alterations together. They also mended some moth eaten jumpers for another family member, and fixed a velvet jacket that was unravelling very quickly before and event. Will be returning whenever we need anything done.
