Bentley's Quality Dry Cleaners

In contrast to previous reviews,the service was good. 24 hour turnaround unlike nearby dry cleaners. Suit cleaned nicely. I did tell them they had poor reviews, and promised a favorable feedback if they did well. Seems to have worked.

Absolute sham I don't no how this place calls its self a business. there running some kind of crooked phone shop/stall in the corner of a dry cleaning shop were the guy sells cheap after market parts that only last the day if that.and for the owner well I wouldn't even waste my time and would advise any one els who plans to use this apparent dry cleaners to go els were and not waste there's either because what's the point of taking to risk when there's so many other legitimate businesses close by you can use and have peace of mind and we're you custom is appreciated

This is in reply to the bad reviews for Bentleys dry Cleaners. I believe that all these reviews are fake because I as the owner of this shop have not any complaints addressed to me. We have been established for over 30 years in the area and have always provided the best service that we could and if we are not able to then we always recommend other businesses in the area even if they are our competitors. It is totally unfair for people to give us bad reviews without any consultation with me.

Took a bag in for repair, I was told it'll take a few days and I'd receive a call when the repair was complete.

Never received a call. I chased it up and was told yes it'll be in the store by the time you get here. When I arrived at the store I was told it had been forgotten. So I waited again and yet again I never did receive a call.

Two weeks after dropping it in for repair I manage to get my bag back only for the repair to be wrong. They have attached the strap on backwards.

I would try giving then the chance to repair it again but I'm sure they'd charge me more and I'd probably have to wait again for a couple of weeks so I think I will take it somewhere that cares about the work they do.

Very happy with the service and the finishing. Took my suit and wife's dress for alteration and dry cleaning. Both were outstanding with reasonable price. Thank you Bentleys.

Using this dry cleaners for years. Professional, friendly and quick service. Dry cleaning, shoes and i had my phone screen fixed for less than other places. Never had any trouble. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs. They have redefined customer service as we don’t give a damn about your dry cleaning. In fact we will suggest that you brought curtains in, in a shrunken condition, in order to make financial gain. The manager is beyond arrogant- he believes the customer is always wrong. Avoid. I am surprised they are still open, considering their lack of customer care and their poor quality of work.

Just had 3 keys cut which was a complete waste of time as none fitted. Taken them back and guy not interested and gave money back. Shop has no charm .Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
