Paid a lot for specialist dry cleaning of some very expensive blackout lined curtains. Not only did they not come back clean but all the finish on the curtains and lining was removed and now they look drab and limp. And they smell appalling. No amount of Febreze gets rid of the smell. Won’t be taking the next set down for cleaning any time soon. Disappointed.

They successfully removed some red wine stains from a summer dress for me, hence very happy. They were very professional, and gave me confidence they had treated and removed red wine before. Hence I went with them over an alternative (who weren't as convincing they could treat the stain).
