Sew Grove Hill

Ruined my pair of max mara trousers. I specifically asked them to do a hidden stitch on the hem which they agreed they could do. WITHOUT MY CONSENT they used wonderweb and pressed so hard that they have now burnt the fabric and the trousers will not hang straight. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !

I need to get a school blazer dry cleaned, so I chose this place as it is very close to where I live. They charged me the same amount as competitors, and said it would take 3 days to clean it. (!) I was surprised it would take so long, but I was not in a hurry, I usually support local businesses, so I decided to give it a go. When I came to pick up the blazer it was nearly as dirty as when I dropped it off. All around. All the spots were still there! The owner claimed that these spots are impossible to get rid of. I collected my blazer without complaints, and just left. I went to the Columbines on Mount Pleasant, which I used before. They cleaned my blazer perfectly in just 6 hours, and I was able to collect it at 4pm that same day.

I am never going back to Sew Grove Hill for dry cleaning, or for anything else, for that matter!

This is the best tailor shop I have been nicely dry cleaned staff is very nice and very cheap price. It only took 5 hours to get it dry cleaned. I highly recommend this shop for anyone that needs anything dry cleaned or repaired
