Dropped off a suit here for dry cleaning.
Positives: The suit was ready for pick after just a couple of days.
Negatives: Prices a tad on the expensive side and the quality of the clean was poor. The suit had a funny musty smell when we got it back and there were lots of little bits all over it (not sure what it was!). Had to go buy a lint roller to get rid of them. Wouldn't go back.

I went to get a couple keys cut today and the service was excellent. The manager was very pleasant, well mannered and personable and the service was quick! Would recommend and would come here again, thanks!

Went to get my daughters school jacket cleaned which were small jackets as she’s quiet small. The manager tried taking upfront payment of £22 for the jackets whilst another member of staff says you can pay on collection. He came across rude and enept as if he owns the business! I’ve been using this company for over 16 years and this experience has turned me off!! I think he’s discriminating against because I’m dark skin there’s a stigma! I’ve spent a lot of money here but now won’t go there again because of this RUDE manager!

The manager, Tugay, was so helpful. He not only stayed open late to accept my order, but he fixed my broken sofa zip while I waited! He was totally professional and very kind!

Six keys cut here. Great service.

The service provided by Sam was beyond excellent. From first meeting her she always had a smile on her face and managed to get my sons clothes smelling like new!

I look forward to using her services again!

I got my designer vintage jacket back with broken buttons, my dress which had rhinestones embellished on the straps is now missing a few and the clothes had an odd smell I had to leave them out to air and spray fabric freshener. Go elsewhere...

Always a good experience with the team and so easy top park and access. At least they are regular with openings and do a great job on cleaning. I like the little touch of a clip on the sleeves of shirts so they don't crease. Well done team and Sam
