I am still waiting for an order to be delivered 14 days after I was told it had been despatched. I have tried at least 4 times to contact the company. They do not reply. I can't claim from Royal Mail as they want posting details. I have a tracking information number which hasn't worked.

January 2021. I was sceptical when I saw the reply to my review six months after I posted it but the reply turned out to be genuine. The problems arose due to the virus. My goods arrived today.
